Street fashion is very common in teenagers and “fashionistas” specifically in the outskirts of Japan. One of these types of fashion is Harajuku style which is actually a region in Tokyo where fashion is mainly all about bright colors of accessories, oversized foot wears and layered clothing. It’s all about expressing yourself through the fashion statement you make with Harajuku style.

A famous group of American-Japanese dancers featured in Gwen Stefani’s shows, as well as public appearances, is called the Harajuku Girls. The group manifests the fashion statement from Japan and extensively promotes the Asian fashion trend
like Cyber fashion and Gothic Lolita in the heat of Hollywood entertainment. However, the collaboration of the great singer with the group has caught the attention of many critics. This didn’t stop them from performing well though and in fact, they have influenced many teenagers now with their fashion including those who were skeptical at first. They have proven their talent and from back-up dancers they are now the center of the spotlight.

Harajuku Girls group is composed of four lovely girls with respective stage names. Below are short biographies of the four members.
