Are You A Diamond? Be One...

Once in a while, we are caught up in a heavy rainfall pouring so hard that makes us so weak, drenched and totally depressed in life. Everything is in darkness. Our only refuge is holding on to the thought of finding even the tiniest spark in the vastness of nothingness. The walk towards that spark may take long and it can disappear in no time while we are on our way out. We need a dependable light to guide our path which can last for years to sustain the wandering and be a companion for the thousands of miles journey. That spark is our way to becoming a better person, stronger and much determined to face reality once again.

That spark can be associated to the unique spark coming from a real diamond, a diamond known for its timeless existence.
You can tell the difference by just one strike of gleam that crosses your eyes. In real life, we seek for this same spark from our friends, families and even colleagues. We want them to be as pure and genuine as diamonds are, to be with us in our journey in life, through odds and happiness until the end of time. We direly want these people to be what we want them to be.

But have you ask yourself this, “Am I a diamond to them too?” If the answer is NO, do something, at least, to the one you dear so much because that spark from a real diamond can be the source of happiness, motivation and unconditional love that the person is longing for and it is only during this time that you can humbly say, “Yes, I am indeed a real diamond”.

That is what a diamond in your life is all about. It goes beyond the real and expensive diamond earrings you show off in parties or the precious diamond necklace around your neck on your grand wedding day or debut. It goes beyond anything else on earth but for treasured friendship, intimate relationship and a motherly love towards her child. Don’t keep your spark in the closet; it’s time to show how shimmering you can be in one’s life and be that diamond that will last forever.
