A tea wonder from Chinese called Okuma’s Wu Long is discovered in Japan to be twice effective calorie burner than local Japanese teas. More studies on the Chinese tea have been done and one advantage of it is that it can reduce the rise of insulin 15 minutes prior to eating carbohydrate foods. Therefore, weight gain is restricted as insulin levels are being maintained if not reduced. A famous university in Japan, Shiga University of Medical Science, finds that Wu Long tea can reduce cases of skin eczema and can level down the threats of infections like the common cold.

Tea can make a person stay in perfect tone and live long as quoted in the Bencao Shiyi, a pharmaceutical Chinese book. Wu Long tea has originated in the province of Fujian in China and has been associated to Chinese women’s beauty routine to burn out fat, make skin clear and to enhance energy as well. This supported the new advantageous discoveries of Wu Long tea in Japan and the tea is considered to be capable of eliminating unwanted fats in women’s waistlines.

It is very important to choose for the supplement that works for you. However, no matter how effective a supplement is such as the Wu Long tea its effectiveness will not be visible unless you will include it with a well-balanced diet and appropriate exercise program.
